Going deep is for those who are really interested in mastering a specific area or those who are struggling with a specific area. It's taking things to the next dimension.
Just like in math, we are taught addition and then subtraction and then multiplication and division. Why in that order? Because addition is easier to learn than subtraction and we need to know addition and subtraction to learn multiplication and division.
If your ARRT Mentor and/or clients / partners are directing you to dig deeper, don't be like the Karate Kid and get upset at them. "click here ~ Cool Video" It's easier if you are "self humble" vs. being humbled which you will in business.

Don't resist instruction / correction, suggestions and directions. If you don't take someone's suggestion then you put that person in a hard place. Do they use "hard power" because you're so thick headed that you won't be humble and see you have weakness.
DO NOT BE LAZY!!! Don't game the system! You are the business owner, you can't cheat yourself without paying a price. Do not be lazy!

You should have your own ActionVISION dashboard and on tab 3. Assignments you can start to track your assignments / tasks. Here is the MASTER file ~ click here ~ which you won't use this one, but just in case you don't have your own already, you can check this one out.

In field A1 you'll find instructions on how to use the tab / tool. Always, without being asked, manage up/out to your 3 ARRT people. If you don't understand something, ask!!! Strangely enough, a lot of people, it seems, would rather "Not look stupid by asking questions" and end up being stupid by not knowing something.
Most people who struggle with assignment / project / task tracking struggle with it due to a lack of being disciplined. If you don't IMMEDIATELY do an assignment / task that is given to you then you
MUST write it down ... put it in your assignment tracking ... you must be disciplined. Employee thinking is "no one's perfect" and with that thinking they make a lot of mistakes. A LOT!
