Kent brought up a couple of weeks ago that if he was paid more maybe he would work harder. This is a delusions / deception that individuals who think like employees think. The truth is the poor soles will always feel they aren't getting paid enough and others are taking advantage of them when in fact they are costing the owners and those they work a great deal. When you factor in all the training, management / babysitting, oversight costs for their poor choices and so many mistakes they don't seem to care about or fix, they are getting paid far too much.
They will continue to fail and wonder why? Even if they read this white paper ~
click here ~ "Why I Choose Not To Succeed!" they still won't see themselves as the issue, they will always blame someone else for their failure.
We wish Kent the best and hope that he changes himself at a heart level, stops rationalizing things in his own mind, stops lying, making excuses ... etc. and makes a choice every day to not game the system and make the choice every day, throughout the day to become the man he was created to be.
