What do we mean by ... "The podcast ... that's not a podcast."? Great question!
Does it seem to you, that podcasts are all about "how many people are watching?" How many "likes" ... how many followers ... where the podcast is really about "the influencer" rather than those being influenced ... i.e. you the audience. This podcast is about YOU and the special value you bring to the world.

2- Mark Boersma for Dummies
Norman met this ... how do we say it nicely, this really strange guy named Mark. Anyone who knows Mark would support the fact that Mark is ... well ... he's a bit out there. He's so strange that there is actually a "Mark Boersma for Dummies" book out there.

Fascinating story. There's something about the raw, undoctored truth (even if it's opinion) that resonates with and stirs the human soul. The fact that Taylor Swift not only read it... she wrote a song about it/him shows you HOW profound that stirring of the human soul is. I liked the last story about Steven Tyler, pretty much sums it up.

3- Why Is Marissa Little Special? "An Only Child"
Well ... how about if you listen to the podcast and SEE if you can sense what Mark and Norman sense about her? Do you see/sense how she thinks in a very different way than most people?

Think about it ... "Have you ever given it the thought that she has given to being an only child?" Right?!?! That was pretty crazy.
Mark and Norman didn't even get into what she shared where she has read that today's generation has a greater attention span than other generations.
OK ... Mark's going to have a lot of fun with this one! :-)
And ... we haven't even gotten into "her story" yet. If we learn how to SEE from our many senses rather than just our eyes, we'll be able to sense how special people are and when that happens ... well ... life-long relationships can be formed quickly and deep relationships will immediately follow.

Oh ... if you sensed that she's got a bit of sass about her, you're not the only one. Even with Mark having four daughters and six granddaughters, he can tell that Marissa's going to be a handful ... in a good way. :-)

Or maybe, have you shared things in the past and people told you, you were mean in sharing something that you thought needed to be shared to help people?
You need to meet Kernetha Jones!
OK ... just to warn you, you likely will not like what Kernetha says and you may be offended. Remember ... "God offends the mind to reveal the heart." What does that even mean?
One part of that meaning is that you're going to feel attacked likely and then your brain will seek to find something ... anything that you can about Kernetha where you can say ... "She's __________." My heart will likely seek to dismiss all that she has to say because of one thing that you don't like about what she said and/or something you say "She's like _________."

It's a strange world we live in where people who are talking not shaming others seem like that is precisely what they are doing. If you are a pastor of a church, just be forward, you very well might not like what she has to say. She's direct!
Mark, the host ... wow listen to how she triggered him!!! It's always interesting when people have a guilty heart and how they seek to try to see the person as angry or bitter and the person / pastor who is actually angry / bitter doesn't even take to heart that they may be a bit part of the problem.
When you listen / watch this podcast you may think that both Kernetha and Mark are crazy ... and you know ... it's OK to think that.

But will you judge someone without getting to know them to really look into what is the truth of what they are saying?
Why? They are fearful of the truth! And in fearing the truth, but refusing to even consider their fear, they are enslaved and don't even know it.
So ... what can be done about this? Hmmmm ... guessing that will take a few more podcasts between Kernetha and Mark.
