This was Cheryl's first X-Ray sale and the review was fun. GingerAnne did an amazing X-Ray interview which made it easy for Mark to do the X-Ray review. Think about it ... he's now met three interesting / helpful people. That says a lot for everyone! Well done everyone! The client was thankful for the initial conversation, the 30 minute strategy session (30 MSS) and then the X-Ray. He said he learned something from each one and was interested in additional information about ActionVISION so we scheduled another appointment and will email him the pdf to provide him with the information for ActionVISION.

Hmmm ... maybe watch / listen to this a second time and print out the review document ~ click here ~ and follow that as you watch the session. This one is especially good as you'll see Mark use all the different things as he's doing the review.

What's Next ?

Did you write down all that you see, you noticed and observed? What questions do you have? Would you have taken it in a different direction? What did you learn and will apply yourself when you do your X-Ray reviews?
After each X-Ray review, it's wise for those involved to have a debrief. This is so very important in the learning process for new individuals learning how to do ... well any part of the process
Are you seeing how we're giving great value and building trust all at the same time?
Marla was in the background hearing and observing Mark as he did this review. When Mark asked her what her thoughts were, she said "I want to do what you just did!" Do you get that feeling ... of impacting someone's life and business? 

Does listening to this review make you want to pick up the phone and call business owners and ask for their Biggest Challenge, do 30 mss and share with people the amazing value you experienced as you listened to this session?

Do you see how Mark interacted with both the husband and the wife? Do you see how Mark knows the wife is smiling when he can't even see her face? :-) "

Maybe the second time print out the X-Ray review and follow it as Mark flows through everything. Take GREAT notes and share those with your ARRT Mentor and 2 ARRT Buddies.

What's Next ?

As you go through each of these reviews, do you get an idea of what Mark is going to say / share and where he's taking the client? DO NOT feel that you need to be Mark or as strong as he is, to do your first X-Ray review. He wasn't as good / strong as he was the first time he did his first review and he didn't have anyone to teach him either.
Jump in ... do one and then watch some more examples. Trust us when we say "You'll learn a lot more from these training sessions AFTER you do your first one on your own."
Also ... hopefully listening to Mark do these inspires you to make more calls to get their BC and do a 30 MSS. What we are doing is changing the life / businesses of people each and every day.

5-4: X-Ray Review - Mark had fun with this one

" So ... what do you do when someone says "I'll talk to someone but I don't what them to sell me something? Or what if someone says "No, I'm not interested." what Mark hears is "Know" not "No." Mark's believes that if he is able to clearly communicate the benefits of something that the person will go from "No" to "Know" to "Yes." And that's really how this X-Ray came about. "

Listen to the flow between Mark and Milo. How does Mark do that? Study his voice, his tone, and how he flows between different aspects of the X-Ray results and the various models.
Mark went ... off the structure to some degree here ... as he felt it would serve the client the best. Yes ... you want to follow the structure, but as you gain skills and experience you'll learn if, when, and how to modify your approach to best serve the client.

5-5: X-Ray Review - Didn't get the AV sale ... but watch closely.

So ... what will you learn from this podcast training? Often, we don't learn the things we should from training / certification and learn things we shouldn't. This hurts our ability to sell, and it's REALLY hard to learn from skills we don't know we're missing. One of the things that is most fun is when someone legitimately isn't able to invest in ActionVISION, and we are just as passionate to help them.

It's not just because we're nice guys. :-) Yes it feels great to help people! But it also makes a lot of sense. If we can help them earn money faster, they are then in a better position to invest into ActionVISION. On the debrief Mark and Mary Jo talked about offering him the MSP ~ Marketing Solution Provider solution ~ click here ~ through Life Masteries Institute (LMI) and offer him a "Pay If Forward" scholarship. When it looks like we aren't able to make a sale, that doesn't mean we can't make sales from those we are talking with.
