Do intimidated. :-) We're serious, it's just asking questions ... so easy ... but there can be things that come up that can be tricky so don't just take things for granted.. "

For your first few, most likely your mentor will want you to print off the X-Ray interview document, ahead of time and complete it manually. If you do this AS SOON as you've completed it, take pictures for each of the pages and get them over to the person who made the sale and the person leading up that area, and the person processing the X-Ray if you aren't doing that.

Ideally, you will watch / study / take notes of three or more recorded interviews and sit in on two live sessions. Take GREAT notes and share those with those you are supposed to and be ready to change someone's life.

4-3: X-Ray Processing

" OK ... so now that we've completed the X-Ray interview, now what? Entering data for the X-Ray is very easy, but sometimes too easy. Make sure that you are careful in how you enter it. FAR better to go slow and do it right than to miss enter the data and have that wrong data to be given to the client. "

Now?

Make sure that you get the completed X-Ray over to the person who sold the X-Ray and the person who will be doing the X-Ray review. AND ... make sure that both review it to ensure that it's right. The more experienced they are and the more trusted you are the more likely the data won't be reviewed. It is your responsibility as a processor that the data is inputted properly AND reviewed!

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:  Many Amish are not familiar with calling into Zoom and may think that we will call them.   Also they may not print out the 4 items.   If they don't have the first three printed out we CAN NOT do the X-Ray review and if they don't have the 4th printed out then they will not move forward on ActionVISION at the end of the review.

Often the Amish will send pdf to a fax or printer that is not in their location.   

It is YOUR responsibility to make sure, to call them before hand and make sure they know the above things AND that they have everything printed we need them to have.

4-5: Amish Case Study

Are you as excited as we are? The 30 minute strategy session (30 mss) has moved forward with the business / life X-Ray. It took Mark and Elaine some work to get this one. Because Milo's Amish he doesn't have an email or really have access to the internet, so they only way for us to get information is to send him information through the US Post Office.   

And ... it worked! Let's find out what Elaine sent him and consider doing that to more Amish and maybe the English as well. He wasn't so interested, but then after some time and reading the information Elaine sent him, he become interested and then scheduled an X-Ray interview.
But ... that sale still wasn't a done deal. Mark had to talk to him again for 18 minutes and resell him. There were some family medical and other things going on which caused Milo to think it's best to wait. Mark was persistent, clear, listened close to what he was saying and then helped Milo to realize that it would still be a good idea to move forward and Milo did.    > Mark has invested decades into building systems and testimonies ... and it's the strangest thing to Mark that people won't use all that he's invested. Mark asks people to study the many ways to understand the value of the 5/30 Grid ... yet people don't take a few minutes a day to learn and grow? Mark recommends that people study / use the testimonies, yet people don't?  
OK ... In the decades Mark has done X-Ray interviews, he's never done one like this before. Ideally, you would see how a "normal X-Ray" is completed first before you watch this one, but it's fine if this is the first one you watch / listen to.
